Spring Spur Pinot Noir 2021

A great example of Alpine Pinot noir, showing elegant structure and acidity. Supple tannins and bright red fruit followed by a hint of spice and heat. A generous and approachable Pinot.

Hand picked fruit from the Bogong Estate Vineyard in Tawonga was destemmed and placed in open tub fermenters with 20% whole bunches. The wine was then pressed into a mixture of old and new French oak barrels to complete its fermentation and maturation for 10 months.
